“Natural pantry is good. Had to find help to get a vitamin that didn't contain Glycerin in it, since apparently all vitamin capsules contain this plasticity agent.
Also was hoping to find an all natural shampoo and conditioner, but all the ones I found had either fragrance added to them, or something else that wasn't recognizable. Kind of wish they had a section in each area or label for each item stating "All natural" or "100% natural". Would make shopping in a limited time frame easier.
But lots of natural items available, so better than the other options locally. Just have to read labels carefully.”
“Everyone recommends the store but I'm not sure why it's dirty and crowded and most of it is just filled with boxes and empty sections they are using for storage. Everything on the shelves looks like it's been sitting there for 20 years it's hard to find what you're looking for and there's no one to help you as you go through the aisles it feels like a refugee Food Bank some kind of War camp I won't be going back there I spent almost $200 on produce at the store and it was already beat up looking when I bought it they could do better if they're not using parts of the store then they should at least keep it clean and uncluttered decorated or something there's a whole Deli counter section that just look like a tornado went through it and you're not sure if other parts of the store open I was trying to look for some body care supplies and it looks like they just had a truck pull up and slide everything off the back of the truck.. the entire store looks like this. It's not a pleasant experience. I will happily buy the GMOs than to go through this again”
“Place has gone downhill in terms of the way they treat their customers. Avoid the trouble, order offline and wait.”
“Great store, great selection of organic good items as well as a good selection of bulk items. A little pricey, but great to find a lot of items.”

“I always thought the Alaskan life to be separate from the mainland and more gracious for our earth and community. People from Alaska should KNOW organic produce is not an easy feat! This is the only store anywhere close by with this product or in the totality of Alaska basically and they leave poor reviews about the most irrelevant things. I on the other hand am grateful and glad to have this store at my disposal. As should all of us!”
“The Natural Pantry has, by far, the best selection of organic, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan foods in the city. They are conveniently located in midtown and boast everything from prepared salads and a bakery to vegan makeup and aroma therapy oils. Their fruit and vegetable selection is varied and they carry several Kosher products as well. Even though the store is the same size as a chain grocery, the staff make it feel like a small local market. The are running a clothing drive (for new sweatshirts, boots, gloves, socks, etc.). So if you are headed that way during July 2020 bring what you can along.”
“I wish this place was better. The prices are ridiculous, and the produce is moldy half the time. Some of the staff is friendly but there’s one cashier girl that is truly insufferable and handles your items roughly. It pisses me off every time I get stuck with her. This place needs to lower their prices ffs, are they trying to rob us? Bad business practice.”
“The store is nice and laid out well, and they have many items that you cannot get in other stores. Some of the items you cannot get are organic or specialty things that are great especially if you have a limited number of foods you can eat. The staff are friendly but by far the most unfortunate thing about this place is its prices. It's not just a little bit more expensive, it's like four to six times more expensive even for normal food items. I definitely understand that specialty and high quality items cost more, but it is so prohibitively expensive that it's hard to get past that. However, if you can get past it, it does really have some super unique stuff and is a great place to stop to shake things up from the normal grocery store. Also they carry the brand of tomato products called Pomi which are really good especially if you have an autoimmune disorder.”
